I first tried narrow lighting on a black backdrop but this was too dark and I couldn't see the subjects well enouth. So I used a broad lighting set up instead. This is typically associated with happy and cheerful images, however it seemed to work very well for my pictures, because even though it lit up most of their faces, it still created dramatic shadows on thir faces creating a sinister effect. I used no soft box for there pictures so it had a spot light effect

For the light hearted images, I used a white backdrop and a mixture of butterfly and broad lighting. The equipment I used were a soft box on the high light to light up all of the models and disperse the light evenly and a reflector to light the other side of the subjects face slightly. I didn't make their make up too heavy as I wanted them to look natural and their outfits were specifically picked out to look summery.

Photo shoot plan

By writing out a photo shoot plan, it will allow me to easily and efficiently take all of my photographs in the alloted time due to a clear and layed out plan. It will also make the backdrop and lighting change easier because I already know what effects I want to create with the lights.

Call sheets

My call sheets give bullet pointed information for the personnel who I will need for my photo shoot of the project. This has enabled me to make sure I do not forget anything when briefing my lighting coordinator and my models.

Contingencies

In my contingencies, I have explained how I will try to prevent errors occuring in the production of the campaign and I have also said what I will do if something still goes wrong. This is beneficial to me as I know that I have to keep to a tight schedule, and if anything does go wrong, then it will set me back and get me behind on my work. Because of this contingencies plan I can stop this from happening.

Schedule

My schedule will keep me on track with my production and with this clear plan I will be able to manage my time better and ensure that I keep to my deadlines. It will be hard to stick to this schedule as I have a loto to do in each week, however I will now be able to see If I am falling bahind at all.
